Refund & Termination Policy

At ZeusInfinity Workforce, we stand behind every remote professional we deploy. Our refund and termination policy is designed to be straightforward, fair and completely transparent because that is the standard we hold ourselves to.

Notice Period & Contract Termination

Either party ZeusInfinity Workforce or the client may terminate the engagement by providing 15 days’ written notice to the other party.

If you require a longer notice period for operational or business continuity reasons, we are happy to accommodate that request, provided the same notice duration applies equally to both parties.

Performance-Based Refund Policy

We take performance seriously. If your remote professional does not meet expectations, here is exactly what happens:

Full Refund If your remote professional’s performance has been wholly inadequate and has not met the agreed role requirements, you are entitled to a complete refund no questions asked.

Pro-Rata Refund If your remote professional has worked to a satisfactory level but has not fully met the performance standards expected by either party, we will charge only for the days actually worked on a pro-rata basis and refund any outstanding amount in full.

Replacement Option If you prefer, we can replace your remote professional entirely and apply any outstanding balance as credit toward your next deployment at no additional cost.

Important: Early Communication Is Essential

To action any of the above measures, it is essential that any concerns or dissatisfaction are communicated to us at the earliest opportunity ideally within the first week of deployment.

If your remote professional has been working with you for a reasonable period and no concerns have been raised with us during that time, ZeusInfinity Workforce will be unable to retrospectively question the professional’s performance or apply the refund and replacement measures outlined above.

In such cases, the standard notice period of 15 days or 1.5 months, depending on the notice period selected at the time of your first payment, will be required to terminate the engagement.
